By accessing the Site or purchasing any product or service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this Site.

1. Intellectual Property
All written content, research, analysis, guide documents, newsletter issues, and brand assets published on this Site are the exclusive intellectual property of Durodola Abdulhad unless otherwise attributed. 2. Intelligence Guides — Purchase Terms
Purchases of intelligence guides (PDF or digital documents) are subject to the following:
- Licence: You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased guide for your personal or internal business use only.
- No redistribution: You may not share, resell, or distribute the guide to any third party.
- No refunds: Due to the digital nature of the product, all guide purchases are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical access issue, email hello@durodola.africa within 7 days.
- Delivery: Guides are delivered via email to the address provided at checkout. Ensure your email address is correct before purchasing.
3. Consulting Services
Consulting engagements (Clarity Sessions, Strategy Deep-Dives) are governed by the following:
- Booking: Sessions are booked via Cal.com. Full payment is required before the session takes place.
- Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session may be rescheduled. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the session fee.
- Deliverables: The scope of any deliverables will be agreed upon before the session. No ongoing advisory retainer is implied unless separately contracted in writing.
- Confidentiality: Information you share during a consulting session is treated as confidential and will not be shared without your consent.
- Not legal or financial advice: Consulting services constitute strategic advisory only. Nothing shared constitutes legal, investment, or financial advice regulated by any jurisdiction.
4. Newsletter Subscription
By subscribing to the Africa Opportunity Intelligence newsletter, you agree to receive weekly email communications. You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email. Your email address will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
